The Luna Band: Listen ... And You Will Hear
"Listen ... And You Will Hear" consists of danceable Ukrainian folk and pop songs peppered
with a touch of jazz, a dash of country and a tinge of Latin.
This long awaited debut release aptly demonstrates
Luna's versatility, featuring traditional and contemporary Ukrainian songs, as well as two original songs written by the
band members, all in the unique style and interpretation which is Luna's signature. The songs were arranged by Oles Kuzyszyn
and the CD was engineered and produced by Yuri Turchyn.
Songs from "Listen ... And You Will Hear" have been aired on
KFAI, WBBI, WENE, WHLD, WINR, WKGB, WMRV and WMXW in the United States, and in Canada on CHMB, CJAM, CKER and CKJS. The
CD release was featured by Voice of America both on the radio and in its streaming broadcasts over the internet. Luna
was also featured on KONTAKT television in New York and Toronto.
